1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the One World Holidays Nepal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the tour departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@oneworldholidays.com.
• No-shows will not receive any refund.

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Government regulations or permit restrictions
• Road closures or transportation delays
• Safety concerns as assessed by our guides

In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives at no extra cost.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all trekking, adventure, and Tibet/Kailash tours. The insurance must cover:

• Emergency helicopter evacuation (up to 6,000m altitude)
• Medical expenses and hospitalization
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal belongings and baggage

6. Health & Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit for your chosen tour. High-altitude treks (above 3,500m) require good cardiovascular fitness. Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking.

7. Liability

One World Holidays Nepal acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines or transport operators
• Loss of personal belongings during the tour
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest)

8. Visa & Permits

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain the necessary visa for Nepal. For Tibet tours, we will arrange the Chinese group visa and Tibet Travel Permit as part of our service. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of One World Holidays Nepal and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
